The Allegan County Road Commission and Saugatuck Township will be hosting a Public Information Workshop on Long-Term Erosion Management Strategies for Lakeshore Drive.

 

The Public Workshop will be held at the Saugatuck High School on Tuesday, July 19th from 4-6pm, with identical presentations occurring from 4-4:30pm and again from 5-5:30pm, followed by opportunities for public feedback.

 

Topics to be discussed include existing bluff conditions, the ongoing risk coastal erosion poses to the roadway, and design options for long-term management for Lakeshore Drive.

 

All are welcome to attend and participate in the workshop in person.  If you cannot attend in person, an online survey and recap presentation will be posted on the Saugatuck Township website on July 21, 2022.
